Dolphin Football Club of Nigeria is one of the many football clubs in the country, which was birthed in the year 1988 and has Yakubu Gowon Stadium as their home-based stadium and other training activities while at the state.

They have played in the Nigeria Premier League, Football Association Challenge Cup and has subsequently changed their names at an interval from Eagle Cement Football Club to Dolphin Football Club and then Rivers United Football Club of Nigeria.


The club has professional trainers and expert coaches who are willing to train aspiring footballers and as well promote, develop and market them to both local, national and international leagues which will not only help them but also make the parent football club and the nation at large proud.
