Dolphin Football Club Port Harcourt Stadium
Liberation Stadium is a home stadium for Dolphins Football Club. It is situated in an outlying residential district of Port Harcourt called Elekahia in Port Harcourt River State of Nigeria.
This stadium is a multi-purpose that is used for football matches especially by Dolphin Football team; it is a large capacity stadium that can contain the maximum number of 16,000 spectators.
In 2015, the stadium was renamed General Yakubu Gowon stadium in the reputation of the former military head of state however still retains its former name as the Liberation Stadium.
